We believe you deserve the highest quality of care…
We safeguard service users and prevent them from harm or abuse by following all local authority, regulatory, and local safeguarding recommendations.
Our care service is efficient and effective, and provides the best value for the service user, for example we closely match the carer to the service user and we acknowledge this necessity when replacing the carer in the event of an emergency.
We actively encourage our service users to participate in the planning of care delivery and to express their views on risk taking in order to guarantee that care is delivered according to their wishes.
Before and after the service, we do a risk assessment of the environment, health and safety concerns, and develop a detailed care plan that includes health risks within each service user's home.
